Hi there. I am very disappointed with the item which i received. I thought i purchased a brand new one but i got a second hand one in the broken box instead. The box displays it should include 4 aa batteries but there is no battery at all.

I was somewhat disappointed as the contents list printed on the outside of the box clearly states there are 4 aa batteries included (see attached pic- top says 'all inclusive' and at bottom it shows 4 aa cells). The package i received had been previously opened as the 2 original circular seals were cut and 3 seperate pieces of adhesive tape had been used to reseal the box, i've tried to show the replacement tape pieces, 2 of which cover the original circular seals.

The device is of quality... but the dosage settings are too significant... a tip, one scoop is more than enough for 30 fish... then nothing prevents adjusting a second dose in the evening, haha.
