We want returns to be clear, fair, and easy to understand. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the correct process.

Return window

For online purchases at Hayawanati, you can contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a return or withdrawal.

How to request a return

Email support@hayawanati.com or use our Contact page with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. We will reply with the next steps. Do not send items back until we confirm the return address or instructions.

Condition & eligibility

Items should be unused, complete, and returned with original packaging where possible. For health and safety reasons, opened sealed goods, hygiene products, personal-care items, or products that have been opened after delivery may not be accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or confirmed as not delivered, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping method because refunds can only be completed after the returned item is received and reviewed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order, including statutory rights for online purchases in the EU where applicable.
