Automatic Pet Feeder with Timed Dispenser for Cats and Dogs

I ordered two and both were received broken. One physically damaged (see pics), other was not possible to set, probably having a wifi module issue..
From 2 items not having at least one work was a very unpleasant surprise....
I need to go through the return process now to recover my money and order other food dispensers..

It is nice and has good quality, the only thing that could be improved is the portion size, it is too big and cannot be adjusted

The item arrived quickly, it's the second one I've bought. The first one came with problems; it didn't power on through the timer control, only with the app button. Also, once I left it without power and it didn't turn on again. It's basic but meets the requirements. Recommended 50%.
